“Friendly Staff”
Booked in for full service and MOT. Parking is limited and a bit chaotic (I had to leave it obstructing an entrance as there was no where else), but I was greeted by a staff member and pointed in the right direction for reception. There had been some issues with bookings coming through from bookmygarage, but they took this on their stride, noting my request regarding regas of the air con and took the keys to deal with my badly parked car. Air con now works 😀. Car passed MOT and is running okay.

“Great service”
I booked a full service and MOT through Book My Garage. It was easy to do with good availability. I was contacted by the garage who kindly agreed to collect and drop off my car. They collected my car when they promised at 9.30am and dropped it off at around 1.30pm. They went through my service and MOT paperwork and were pre-prepared with a card machine to take payment so were well orgsnised. More than happy to use the garage again in the future.
