“Great service”
I booked a full service and MOT through Book My Garage. It was easy to do with good availability. I was contacted by the garage who kindly agreed to collect and drop off my car. They collected my car when they promised at 9.30am and dropped it off at around 1.30pm. They went through my service and MOT paperwork and were pre-prepared with a card machine to take payment so were well orgsnised. More than happy to use the garage again in the future.

“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!”
Dropped the car off at address specified, service was at 9.30am, the car was taken to another location offsite, was told the MOT was booked for 12pm and car would be ready by 1pm so went at 1pm to collect as it as supposed to be ready MOT was not done and was told to go back home, I queried where my car was located and was fobbed off with an excuse its offsite at another location. 4pm and still my car MOT was not done, Absolute shambles of a company!!! AVOID!!! PAY EXTRA AND WAIT FOR YOUR CAR!!
